Psychotherapy for a calm and centred relationship with yourself.

Living a calm and centred life comes from crafting a still place inside. My role is to gently guide you on your journey back to your centre. From here, you can live with more ease, depth and freedom.

Creative, evidence-based therapies for individuals and couples that will free you from an endless loop of suffering.

I use mind and body-based methods to uncover patterns of being and relating that keep you stuck. By working with mind and body together, I offer a holistic therapeutic experience that frees you from underlying distress and chronic conditions.

A trauma-informed approach to therapy

This involves creating a calm, safe place where you will learn to adjust and respond to life’s challenges.

  • Therapist and client sitting together, one holding a tablet while the other gestures with open hands during a counselling session.

    One-on-one therapy

Individual counselling for anxiety, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, post-traumatic stress, self-esteem and stress management issues.

  • Smiling couple sitting closely together on a sofa, talking warmly in a relaxed, light-filled room.

    Couples therapy

I help couples improve their relationship by focusing on acceptance and change. I help them understand their relationship patterns, to communicate more effectively, and build a more secure emotional connection.

  • Four men sitting side by side on a grassy hill overlooking mountains, sharing conversation and connection outdoors.

    Men’s groups

I run men’s groups in which you can speak deeply about your struggles and dreams for a better life. You will learn emotional literacy, personal accountability, and true life-purpose.

Achieve greater self-insight, understand your patterns, change self-limiting behaviours.

Crafting a genuine therapeutic relationship between me and my clients lies at the centre of how I work as a psychotherapist. It’s a relationship earned by feeling safe, valued, and unjudged. In therapy, this relationship is the test-bed for how we conduct all other relationships, most importantly with ourselves.
